Terms & Conditions
We require a small non-refundable deposit via bank transfer when booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your total payment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you contact us 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit being taken by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient.
We ask all clients to ensure they arrive on time, if you are late to your appointment we may not have time to carry out your treatment and you will lose your deposit.
